// Roles you unlock

Where senior cyber operators land — and what they earn.

The credentials in this program — CISSP, CCSP, CISM, and AWS Solutions Architect Professional — plus a dedicated consulting and government contracting track, map to the architect, manager, and director-level roles every mature security organization needs, and open the door to vCISO and federal advisory work. Salary ranges are US market estimates for senior practitioners; staff, principal, and CISO-track roles routinely exceed the top of each range.

// What's included

Everything included — credentials, coaching, and senior placement.

Every piece below is included in your tuition. No upsells, no add-on packages, no surprise fees at the end. This is the full system that takes a working cyber professional from "mid-level" to "the senior hire we wanted."

Senior-track curriculum

A 12-month curriculum built backwards from architect, manager, and director job descriptions — not entry-level cert prep. Weekly live sessions with practicing principals and CISOs cover the work that actually gets you promoted: reference architectures, threat modeling at scale, security org design, board-level reporting, and the AI risk and governance conversations every regulated company is now having. Self-paced modules between sessions go deep on the underlying technical material so live time stays focused on judgment, not lectures.

  • CISSP
The credential hiring committees screen for at the architect, manager, and director level. Covers the full security domain — architecture, identity, operations, risk, software, and governance.
  • CCSP
The senior cloud security credential. Architecture, data security, platform, operations, and legal across AWS, Azure, and GCP at scale.
  • CISM
The management-track credential for security leaders. Governance, risk, incident response, and program management — built around the work directors and CISOs actually do.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Professional
The senior AWS architecture standard. Design multi-account, multi-region workloads with security, reliability, and cost trade-offs that hold up in front of staff engineers.

Consulting & government contracting

A dedicated track on how senior cyber operators win and run consulting engagements and federal work — built to open the door to vCISO, advisory, and govcon revenue alongside (or instead of) a W-2 role.

  • Positioning, packaging & rates
How to position yourself as an advisor, scope offers, set day and project rates, and build the proposal and SOW templates that close mid-market and enterprise work.
  • Federal frameworks
Working knowledge of FedRAMP, CMMC, and NIST 800-53/171 — what auditors look for, how programs are run, and where senior advisors add the most leverage.
  • Govcon mechanics
How federal contracting actually works: prime/sub relationships, GSA schedules, capture and BD basics, and the teaming moves that get small advisors onto big contracts.
  • Running the practice
Entity setup, insurance, contracts, invoicing, and the operational basics of running a consulting or fractional CISO practice without it eating your week.

Architecture & leadership labs

Every concept lands in real artifacts. You'll produce reference architectures, threat models, security program roadmaps, board decks, and incident command exercises — reviewed line-by-line by working principals and CISOs. Senior-level work isn't graded by multiple choice; it's graded by whether peers and execs would sign off on it. That's how we grade here.

Credentials & exam vouchers

Exam vouchers for the senior credentials in your track are included. We schedule them with you, time them to your readiness, and pay for them up front. Retakes are covered for engaged participants — we expect you to pass, and we invest accordingly.

Executive coach

An executive coach — a working principal, manager, or CISO — is paired with you from day one. Bi-weekly 1:1s on the moves that actually compound: scope, visibility, stakeholder management, salary negotiation, and the political work that gets senior roles offered. This isn't career advice from a recruiter. It's coaching from someone who has been in the seat you're aiming for.

Senior placement & sponsorship

Senior roles are won on relationships, not job boards. Our placement team works the operator network on your behalf — warm intros to hiring leaders, referrals at portfolio companies, and seats on private hiring panels.

  • Executive resume & narrative
1:1 rebuild of resume, LinkedIn, and the 30-second positioning story you'll repeat in every senior interview. Written by people who've sat on staff and director hiring panels.
  • Warm intros to hiring leaders
Direct introductions to engineering directors, CISOs, and recruiting partners across our network — at the level you're targeting, not one rung below.
  • Senior interview prep
Architecture deep dives, leadership behavioral interviews, and exec-level case studies run by people who conduct them for a living. Each session is recorded and debriefed.
  • Offer & negotiation strategy
End-to-end coaching on competing offers, equity, on-call expectations, and scope — the levers that typically add $30–80k to senior offers.

Principal & CISO masterclasses

Recurring live sessions with principals, directors, and CISOs on the work that doesn't appear in any curriculum — but decides whether you're seen as senior. These are conversations you'd normally only get inside a strong leadership team.

  • Architecture & technical leadership
Reference architecture reviews, scaling security across multi-cloud estates, AI/LLM operations risk, and the technical writing that earns trust with staff engineers.
  • Org design & executive presence
Building and running security teams, board and audit committee communication, hiring playbooks, and the political work of senior security roles.

Authority engine

Senior roles, advisory work, and consulting clients all flow to operators with a public reputation. The authority engine is a hands-on system for building yours — speaking, podcasting, writing, and the strategic visibility moves that turn you into a name people in cyber recognize.

  • Speaking & conference track
How to write CFP submissions that get accepted, build a signature talk, and work the BSides → regional → RSA/Black Hat ladder. Slide reviews and dry runs with operators who speak at the top conferences.
  • Podcasting & long-form
Launch your own show or become a recurring guest on the podcasts your future hiring managers and clients actually listen to. Booking strategy, prep frameworks, and production support so you sound like an operator, not a marketer.
  • Writing & authority on LinkedIn
A repeatable system for technical posts, essays, and newsletters that compound — including post templates, editorial review, and how to turn engagement into inbound roles and advisory leads.
  • Personal brand & positioning
Define the niche you own, the 3–5 themes you become known for, and the bio, headshots, and one-pager that get you booked. Quarterly visibility reviews to keep the engine running.

Operator network & community

An invite-only network of principals, managers, directors, CISOs, founders, and federal advisors moving through the same arc. Private channels, small-group dinners, and quarterly summits where intros, referrals, advisory leads, and offers actually get made — and lifetime access once you're in.

  • Private community & channels
Members-only Slack with topic channels for architecture, leadership, vCISO work, govcon, and AI risk. Daily back-and-forth with operators a few steps ahead of you.
  • Small-group dinners & summits
Curated regional dinners and an annual in-person summit. Small rooms, strong agendas, and the kind of conversations that lead to jobs, clients, and partners.
  • Warm intros across the network
Structured intro requests to hiring leaders, prospective clients, podcast hosts, and conference organizers — vouched for, not cold.
  • Lifetime alumni access
Graduation moves you into the alumni tier — same channels, same dinners, same network. Career growth doesn't stop at month 12.
